Mentoring for young jobseekers

The Church and the World of Work association was founded in 2016 by committed people from business and the church to offer young people career prospects and opportunities.

The Hands on Mentoring association is an independent organisation registered in the register of associations. The organisation is supported by Catholic Action and the Catholic Workers' Movement. 

 The aim of the association is to Support for young people and young adults looking for work through the Hands on Mentoring project. Members and mentors of the association are individuals from business, politics and the church, as well as institutions and companies. 

There are currently around 70 mentors working to support young people looking for work. These young people come from different cultural, religious and educational backgrounds. The organisation stands for openness, respect and tolerance and is open to any motivated young person.
